Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of pets since I was 7. Until now I used to have dogs, cats, guineea pigs, exotic fish, parrots, rabbits, hamster, I genuine love them all. Neighbours, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed and bathe their pets. My relationship with dogs and cats is special. I used to have 2 dogs and 2 cats. I was 12 years old when Rex entered my life, he is a rescue dog and he just celebrated is 20th birthday, I love him so much ! Lately I stareted to train him to be responsive through sign language as he lost his hearing, he is the best dog ever, so lovely and kind and happy all the time. My first cat was Tom, my great grandmother gifted Tom when I was 8 and I was so happy about this, he lived 10 years and he was so beautiful. My second cat waz Purr, guess what? He was purring all day all night, such an amazing pet, our relationship was special, I was 18 when I had him and he lived 8 years. My second dog was Cairo, this still hurts as we lost Cairo 2 years ago due to kidney failure.. He was my best friend, I was 23 when Cairo entered my life and he lived 7 years. Every time when I see a dog or a cat my heart is full with joy, as I recently got married we are now thinking to have our pet together, I am happy about this but until then I would be so happy to be able to walk and take care of other people’s pets. Alex walked our dog this week after having not seen him for almost a year. Our dog instantly remembered him and was so happy to see him! He is really flexible and understanding of individual dog’s needs. Would definitely recommend!
Alex was a godsend with our girl Nala. He took the time to meet her prior to us going on holiday and was very kind and friendly. We knew immediately Nala would be in good hands. He was very communicative which we really liked, she was nervous initially and he and his wife were super patient and sweet with her. (Even offered to feed our elderly cat Bambi for us 🥹) So sweet with all animals. Loved all the pics they provided and Nala really seemed to be opening up and even did tricks 😁 By the end of their walks Nala was excited to go with them which makes me very happy. Alex will be my first thought for a dog walker next time I’ll need one. Thank you so much Alex!
Alex was absolutely brilliant and we feel very fortunate to have found him to care for our cats. He was responsive, answering any and all questions we had and he went out of his way to meet us and the cats a couple of times before our holiday. Whilst we were gone, Alex took fab photos and wrote great daily updates for us and it was clear how much he was enjoying looking after our cats. Alex was also great about bringing our bins in and keeping our plants alive, both of which were greatly appreciated. We will not hesitate to book him again and would recommend him to anyone looking for a fantastic pet sitter!
Alex was amazing! He came in to spend some time with our dogs and walk them, he took such great car of them and we came home to find two very happy pups. Will definitely be booking Alex again.

I think every person has their style to take care of their pets. I think when you walk your dog you need to be involved, to make them feel that they are playing, to make them feel safe and happy, this is my style, a friendly way to interact with our little friends. Speak their language if you want ha-ha. Close to where I live there’s a few really big parks where we can play, there are also other dogs if your dog is friendly or there are places where we can be just us. I can’t wait to start this journey.

About myself, I used to work in the office, finance departament and I felt that I need more time with animals, I took the decission to leave my job for a while and spend more time with our little friends. I am available most of the days, feel free to contact me, have a lovely day.
