I have been caring for pets my whole life. My family and I have cared for different breeds through out my life including german shepherds, labrador retrievers, great danes, blue tick coon hound, and some mixed breeds, so I am familiar with handling dogs of all sizes. I am experienced in scenarios involving pregnant dogs and the birthing process. In the past I had a dog that gave birth to a litter of 8 puppies so I helped care for her while she was pregnant and after the birth when taking care of the new born puppies all the way until they were an appropriate age for new homes. I graduated from Marist University with a degree in environmental science. While getting my degree I assisted with several research projects involving the conservation of species such as the American eel. I have experience working with and handling animals of all kind and I understand the impact that we can have on the animal. I have had other pets throughout my life such as cats, turtles, fish, and even a duck.
