A pet lover wanting the company of your beloved best friends while you are away. My 13 year old lab/rotti cross Schnitzel recently passed away due to old age. Needless to say I miss the company of a dog, but am not quite ready to commit to another dog for a forever home. Someone is always home and in the company of your pet. I am very inclusive with any pet, meaning that if I do something, I tend to plan activities where the dog comes too. I am affectionate and patient with animals, and have a ton of space for your best friend to hang out. I have a dog bed in every room, and they basically get free rein of the house and yard, under supervision of course as I want them to be comfortable in the new surroundings in your absence. The backyard is like a park itself, and I want to share it with amazing pets. I will love and pamper your dog just as I would my own, and you will get updates on how they are doing if you choose that. I do prefer house-trained pets, and friendly personalities in dogs. The picture on my profile is the backyard and just a fraction of the space your dog gets to enjoy during their stay. I also have most necessary dog supplies on hand, including dog beds in all living areas of the house. I am also tucked away in a panhandle lot, away from main roads and traffic. Our preference is low-key, basic-trained dogs. We prefer dogs who like to play, but also like to chill and lounge with us. A meet & greet in your home our home is mandatory to make sure it’s a good fit for everyone. I work full-time in law enforcement and have a valid top-secret security clearance with the Government of Canada. I have strong values about trust in any relationships I have, whether it be business or personal. I am respectful towards people, animals and property at all times.
