Safe, happy, cared for with love
Pet care experience
No cages; no kennel. We provide a safe warm 2nd home for your pet. I have raised trained and cared for all of my dogs over many years from puppy hood through end of life. My current Labradore is a service dog and worked as an emotional support dog at an acupuncture clinic in CT. I have learned from my pets that it is easy, if you care and are paying attention, to understand them; and to relate to them in way that earns their trust and cultivates their sense of security. Consistent gentle communication and a consistent routine promotes their natural cooperation and willingness to be happily engaged. Once on this track they open and learn; intuitively taking part in the day to day program in a very content and socialized manner. A dog really wants to be part of everything with you. Their health requires a balance of physical mental and emotional activities; Having this they take part in a most genuine and unconditional way. Every interaction of walking, feeding, training, etc., can be in a nurturing manner that furthers the dog's skill levels and socialization. I have yet to see a situation where patient loving and respectful time, given to the dog, was not reciprocated tenfold in joy and love and friendship. If you don't believe me, ask my dog....Roxie. She'll tell you it's so. :-)

Bob is the best dog sitter in the country!
Bob is awesome plain and simple he is amazing with animals he's respectful to my home and he goes out of his way to make you feel at peace when you can't be there!! I will give him 10 stars if I could
My dog took an instant liking to Bob. When I came home, she was happy and we'll exercised. We're looking forward to having Bob back again soon. I would highly recommend him.
Bob is a remarkable caregiver and rates beyond 5 stars! He took care of our 9 month old Border Collie/Blue Heeler Pearl for 7 days just like she was his very own. She was welcomed immediately upon our arrival and was settled in in no time. Not only does Bob have a unique ability to see the world through canine eyes, but he is very well versed in dog behavior and training. He has a special connection with and is very much in tune with dogs in every sense. Bob exudes abundant amounts of gentleness, kindness, and patience and the joy he gets from working with each individual dog literally just lights up his face when he is sharing an experience with you. Pearl had to have unexpected surgery on her head right before our trip and was delivered to Bob wearing an E-Collar along with meds that needed to be administered during her stay with him. This last minute complication caused us quite a bit of stress while getting ready to leave, but Bob very calmly reassured us that he was a veteran when it comes to post-op care. He attended to Pearl devotedly while she healed, vigilantly checking her wound and making sure she was the most comfortable she could be while wearing the collar. When her original E-Collar got so worn out that it was pinching and poking at her, Bob went to Petco and got her a new purple one that was better sized for her! Freedom, play time, long walks, one on one attention, unconditional love and tender care is what Bob is all about...he is an extraordinary care giver and we want him to take care of our Pearl whenever she needs safe keeping when we must be apart from her. We just got back from our trip a week ago and I am getting ready to book a reservation with Bob for another trip we are taking in a few months. He is the best!!
