Checkout my reviews - you'll see 5 star service. If you'd like someone who is reliable, responsible, mature, friendly and playful with dogs, to take care of yours, call on me for great care. I'll be kind to your dog, as if it were my own. The dogs I've raised are happy, well-adjusted people lovers, but not all dogs are. If your dog is shy or fearful, they will usually warm up to me quickly...somehow they know I'm okay. I am trusted by many and will earn your trust by providing reliable great care of your dog or dogs. I'll take care of dogs that are small or large - I enjoy them all. I am available many days, eves, and some nights and weekends. If you need someone to stay at your place, would it be okay if my dog stays, as well? I can’t leave her behind, to care for others. I would like to coordinate a meet and greet with all new customers, at no charge, so we can see if we are all a great fit together. Please don’t hesitate to ask questions.

Bob has watched our 3 pups several times and each time has gone above and beyond to care for them. During our last trip, our 13 year old cavalier became critically ill. Bob responded quickly taking our sweet pup to the vet. Unfortunately, we needed to put our pup to sleep. Bob was there with him and arranged FaceTime so we could say goodbye. He really helped us get through a terrible time and we knew Tucker was in good hands. I really appreciated the picture of Tucker, the card, and little memorial Bob had left for us when we got home. He is a very thoughtful person who cares not only for the owners and their pets.

Pet care often requires lots of driving, therefore I have an environmentally friendly electric car, as well as a 4x4 to assure you that I will be there to care for your pets, despite poor road conditions. Let's all meet - I prefer for us to meet and greet beforehand, at no charge, so you can feel confident that you can trust me with your doggo(s), as well as your home. Under most housesitting circumstances, I may need to have my dog Marci there, as well. Of course, I will introduce your dog(s) and Marci prior to final confirmation, should you be agreeable.

Do they have any special needs? Are they ok around kids and other dogs? Do they like to swim? Is there anything I should know to make them more comfortable? If your dog likes to play with other dogs, we can discuss options, including a play date, or a walk, with my dog, as well. I am glad to introduce them, upon request.
A typical day
I will always assume that you desire one to one activities with your dog. If you would like, my dog Marci plays very well with dogs of all sizes - I am glad to bring her along, so we can all meet. Otherwise, I am glad to take your dog(s) alone, without her, I am very familiar with wonderful on leash and off leash areas in the area, and I pick up poop, regardless of where I am. I’m an active person, so I am up for anything, on trails, paths, and dog-friendly places any day. We love to get outside!

Availability
Please read before booking: I am available most days, at various times, and I can often accommodate my clients’ schedules, with enough notice, including early mornings and late nights. Also, please call on me for regular care. Please note, services beyond 5 miles (Sudden Valley, for example) may have additional charges for gas and time that we will discuss up front. Please check with me if you are outside of City limits of Bellingham. Thank you.
