I have been a dog owner my whole life. Sadly, I just recently lost my dog of 11 years. My kids and I were very sad to lose her. My son (13) and daughter (9) would really love to have another dog--they ask daily if we can get one. They continuously ask pet owners if they can pet their dogs and visit neighbors houses to see the furry friends. My children are gentle and love animals. They also love to play with them if you have a playful pet. I am home for most of the day. I do take my children to school and run various errands through out, but for the most part I am home.
