Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of dogs since we got my puppy 8 years ago. I love to take care of animals, and thrive off personal responsibility. Also, I spend tons of time outside from hiking Madonna or Bishop's to walking down Morro Bay. Despite this, I excel at gauging individuals and won’t push older dogs past their limits (my old pup has hip problems herself)

Blaze did such a good job taking care of my very active & playful dog. She seemed really happy when I picked her up and was clearly in a comfortable environment. Super thankful for how Blaze did with my pup!
Blaze was able to help us out when our regular sitter was not available. Our dogs were happy and healthy when we picked them up.
Blaze came to the rescue at the last minute when our puppy and cat needed a human for the weekend. He was very patient with our new giant, not so potty trained, puppy and stayed at our home for a few days and overnight. Animals were very content when we returned. Our cat left him 4 dead mice gifts outside the back door while we were gone, so you know he was a good sitter. :)
I just had Blaze take care of my very rambunctious, and sometimes very annoying, chocolate lab. Blaze is a really nice guy, very laid back and very responsible. When I got home, he had stripped the bed and the house looked great! My chocolate lab seemed very happy as well. I will definitely use Blaze again!

A typical day
I like to race against my personal best summit-time at Madonna of ~ 22 minutes. For the less energetic dogs, one of my favorite places to walk around is the arboretum on campus. It’s very peaceful, I’d suggest checking it out yourself!

Availability
I’m starting school again but have a workable schedule. M/W/F are my busiest, but the worst it gets is three hours of class in a row. I can come home right after and let the dog out. I workout (pretty much) every day, and if your dog can take it, I would love to bring him or her with me on my hikes/endeavors.
