Pet care experience
I've had dogs in my family as far back as I can remember. I have taught all of my dogs how to do basic tricks: sit, stay, rollover, hand shake, be easy, etc. I have had four dogs of my own, all with very different personalities and different play styles, since I have lived on my own. I have a very active life style, so I will keep up with the dogs pace! I also believe in positive reinforcement and maybe some treats if okayed by the client.

Blake is so great with animals of all kinds! He's watched my 4 year old French Mastiff Luna and my 17 year old kitty Rosie on many occasions. He does great with handling Luna as she is a big strong dog, and provides all the love and attention they both need, giving me peace of mind with my fur babies while I'm away. He's always on time and follows the directions and routines we have for my pets. Couldn't ask for a better fur-sitter!

A typical day
I like to take dogs on walks or runs around their neighbor hood, where it is a familiar location and setting for them, unless there is a location nearby that is good for dogs and is requested or okayed by the client.

I just recently gifted my pure bread Labrador retriever to my in-laws who needed a good companion for retirement. Now I am looking to fit clients dogs into my day. I am looking to take care of dogs on my lunch break or after work, so just a couple times a day.
