Blake overlapped ....I encountered another dog when I went to drop off. Blake was in the process of Starting a new job and commented on both my time frame of dropoff and pick up... I felt rushed and almost berated . He made feel like I had inconvenienced him. I feel like my dog spent a lot of time in her kennel.

Blake was great! We we nervous leaving Sam with a sitter since he was in the middle of heartworm treatment. (He needs to be kept calm and have his activity severely restricted--the consequences of not following the procedure are pretty serious). We explained the whole thing to Blake and he was very responsible and took our instructions seriously. We felt very comfortable with him watching Sam. We really appreciated the photo updates every other day or so.
