I have grown up with two small dogs and have spent the past two years volunteering at a no-skill animal shelter, the Amanda Foundation, where I walk, play, and socialize with dogs to get the prepared for adoption. Additionally, with my parents at work during the summer, I am the primary caretaker of my dogs when I am at home, so I have a considerable amount of experience walking, spending time with, taking care of, cleaning, and feeding dogs. I love playing with and walking dogs and being and to take care of them if their owner is not able to at that given period of time. Having dogs at my house made my childhood so memorable and full of playfulness and love, so I firmly believe that dogs do as much for us as what we do for them.
