I've taken care of my family cat living alone 3 years in a row for 2 months at a time. I give any animals around me lots of attention! She played so much, cuddled so much, ate.. the appropriate amount, and always has a clean litter box. I grew up with multiple cats, and always had responsibilities in taking care of them. In college, I took care of 3 different friends' cats as well as dogs. I stayed at my best-friends' apartment to take care of their two cats for 2 weeks in 2022, and always kept a tidy home as well. I took care of another friend's kitten for a month in 2021, and fell in love with her! She was a foster-kitten, I am still surprised I didn't adopt her then and there. I recently just came out of a two-week house/dog sit for my boss, and it was incredibly fulfilling and fun. I've also watched after my upstairs neighbor at my apartment's chihuahua while they were gone for a week, with consistent potty breaks, play-time, and treats. I have a passion for animals, and growing up I also took care of two hamsters, multiple fish, and 7 hermit crabs. I also am passionate about plants. There is nothing like bringing a few plants into a space to have it feel fresh and more connected to nature. I have over 20+ indoor plants at my apartment, and I take care of them with intention and care. I have propagated and planted more than 10 of those plants myself, which has been a really fulfilling process. I, one day, want to have a garden of my own, full of flourishing foods, and I am currently in the process of planting an herb garden! I love to learn more about how to better care for plants, and I love to sing! I mention that, because there are studies that say plants do better when there is singing... which I will more than happily do if you'd like for your plants as well!
