Pet care experience
I have owned and cared for dogs since I was very young, recognizing that all dogs have their own personality and needs. The majority of my experience comes from caring for retrievers of all ages, and I will care for your dog as if it was my own. Speaking of my own - my husband and I have two golden retrievers named Brady and Leo. We've had Brady since he was a puppy and Leo was our first foster dog (we both volunteer for GRRCC) - and foster fail :-) They are both sweet as can be, love playing with other dogs and have lots of energy. I work from home and will only be gone for a couple of hours here and there so there will be plenty of time for frequent potty breaks and play time in our fenced in backyard. We would love to have a chance to meet your dog!

We are so grateful to have found Bjoerg! Our Josie was in absolute heaven spending a week with Bjoerg and her pups. She sent lots of pictures and videos and we knew she was in good hands. Josie played endlessly with her goldens and snuggled up with the whole family when it was time to rest. I believe we have found our Josie's home away from home. :)

I left my 2 1/2 year old yellow lab, Kobe, with Bjoerg and Jens for 3 weeks while away on extended travel. I could not have asked for anything more. They treated my dog as one of their own and provided constant photos/videos/ and updates. Their two retreivers are incredibly sweet and made for wonderful playmates. Plus, Bjoerg and Jens are just lovely, kind human beings. I will leave Kobe with them anytime we need to travel in the future.
Bjoerg & company have been the best Rover experience I have had. This was my first time working with her, so I figured we would start with a 'sampler' overnight stay, to see if it would be a good fit for all involved. I'm happy to say every component of the boarding was perfect -- timely and effective communication, the care, knowledge, consideration/compassion.. all perfect. I feel lucky and honored to work with Bjoerg, and feel confident I've found the right person to watch over my fur-baby.

A typical day
We have a fenced in backyard where the dogs can play. Since I work from home I'm home most of the time and can keep an eye on the dogs while they play. We love to take our dog on walks as well - whether it be in our neighborhood or on the trails close by.
