My dog Chicken is a 2 year old hound mix who loves to play and get pets. I trust Billy with Chicken more than anyone else. I lived with Billy when he first got his dog Harley and have watched him give her an incredibly rewarding life. He always makes sure that whether its his dog, my dog, a dog his girlfriend Shawna is currently fostering, that they enjoy the time that they have while they're with him. Billy recently fostered a dog that was on hospice care named Bubbles. He already had plenty on his plate but he went out of his way to make sure that Bubbles, even though they or the vet knew nothing about his past, lived his last days fully and always had a spot set up for him to relax by the fireplace with a chair nearby to give him a bellyrub. It was only a few months, but being in Billy and Shawna's care gave Bubbles a peaceful exit from this world that otherwise could have been much less comforting. Billy cares a lot about Dogs and I am very confident that he would be a responsible and loving caregiver to any dogs he interacted with on Rover.
