Pet care experience
I have experience with dogs and cats(as well as various other animals) of all sizes, ages, energy levels, and temperaments. I'm patient and excellent at getting the trust of nervous pets. I have worked with multiple nonprofits as a foster, kennel tech, and even as a wildlife rehabilitator for a couple years. I love animals of all kinds and am also well versed in administering medications and have experience with dog training. I'm happy to provide some basic training as well.

Billie was great with Clara! She went on walks, sent picture updates, and let me know how things were going. This was a bit of an extended stay of 7 nights and I was happy that Billie could stay with her instead of having to be in a traditional kennel that long. Thanks for watching my pup!
Billie was always in touch and she kept me updated on everything Mac was doing. He was a bit more depressed than usual this time around and Billie was so helpful and loving and just took great care of my pup. Will definitely book her again.

Please inform me of any special needs, preferences, or behavior issues your pet may have in advance. These will not prevent me from working with your pet, it's just always best to be prepared ahead of time. I want to give the best care possible to your fur babies which means I also wish to know as much as possible! If they have a favorite treat, toy, game, etc. If they don't do well on the leash, are fearful or reactive, or so on I am happy to work with them at their pace.
A typical day
My philosophy is generally that a busy dog is a good dog. I will plan lots of activities and be sure to include your dogs favorites. We can go for walks, play fetch, I can set up puzzle games or other food/treat toys to keep them mentally stimulated and get their exercise in. I'm also able to provide training if desired(there may be an additional fee depending on what type of training)

Availability
I work two part time jobs currently and do sometimes have long days, but there are also many days I only work 3-4 hours. It varies quite a bit. I always check on how long your pet can handle being alone and will not accept a booking if my schedule will not allow me to meet your pet's needs. If booked far enough in advance I can also adjust my work schedule to ensure I will be able to provide lots of attention and potty breaks!
