Pet care experience
Easy to get in contact with, I respond in minutes after a message is sent. Loved animals since I was a kid, and even have a tattoo of my fur baby. Experience giving cats and dogs frequent medicine from all age groups and disability levels. Previous experience with dog with seizures and ensuring medicine intake. Know how to diagnose abscesses and behavior problems that are out of the ordinary. Walking is my favorite and I can go for miles with a dog. Have followed special diets to help accommodate the pickier pets as well as dietary restrictions due to health. Know different ways to entertain and play with cats and dogs. I am known as the “cat whisperer” as my presence calms cats immediately. Have house sat/dog sat for over week at a time, same with cats.

Billie does a great job with our dogs and cat. She communicates when she has questions or concerns and is always accommodating to their needs. She does a great job caring for them as if they were her own pets. I am so happy to have her as a pet sitter!
Billie is an amazing pet/house sitter - I recommend her to all of my friends (and they’ve all used her too!). We have 2 dogs, one of which is high-energy and aggressive/reactive when meeting new people so finding the right person for the job is super important! Billie was a perfect fit. She is responsible, caring, and an excellent communicator. She treats the dogs like her very own. We already have her booked for our next vacation this spring!

I am unable to care for any pets in my home, but I always leave the home I pet sit in cleaner than when I arrived. I clean and make the bed I sleep in as well as clean any dishes so the owners come home to a calm and comfortable space.

Does the dog have any special activities they like? I would like to know if a dog is especially easily agitated or if noises can scare them easily. I always like to do an initial meet with the dog and owner, accompanied with treats, so that the dog is not alarmed by my presence.
A typical day
We will enjoy beautiful walks in parks all over town, as I don’t mind my car getting dog hair all over it! Lots of active play if they’re into that, and if not then plenty of company and attention so they won’t even notice you’re gone.

Availability
I currently work full time at a bank from 8am - 5pm M-Fri but have hour lunch breaks I use to let pets out for the bathroom and attention. I also work a 2nd part job from 7pm - 12am on Saturdays, but if you book me up to three weeks in advance I can get this time period off to dedicate to time with your pet(s).
