Out of 70 reviews, I am the only one who has low review for Billie, but please read my review carefully. Billie housesat for us to take care of our senior dog who has cancer. The positive: she kept the house clean, she communicated with us quickly most of the time, and she brought my dog to ER hospital. The negative: while she knew my expectations that she stays around the house to look after our senior dogs with 1-2 hours errands/day, she were mostly away during the day, only came back to check on her and got her out (5 times a day - I got notifications from my Nest cam front door). The worst part is that on a day where I asked her to look closely after my dog since we changed medication, she brought my dog out with her for 7 hours without asking me until I sent her a message asking when she would come back to check on my dog (since I did not know that she went out with her). My dog is not good with car, and she got worse since she got cancer and treatment, so in no ways would I want her to be outside in a car (I do not even know where they went). Finally, she has other works to do, so when she brought my dog to the ER, she had to leave to look after another dog (she did ask me if that's okay). So the bottom line is: if you want someone to do dog drop-in visits or walk your dogs, I am sure Billie would be fine. However, I'd not trust her with looking after the dogs in need.
