Must love dogs! And I do. I firmly believe that our dogs are our best friends, and deserve to be cared for as such. I have been a dog lover since I was little, and am a dog parent myself now. When training my dog, I studied with an animal behaviorist who taught me a lot about canine behavior as well as some training techniques. I prefer to communicate by text message, but phone calls and emails are also welcome. Currently I am available every day of the week (8am to 5pm) except Monday and Wednesday, with some exceptions. I will work with just about any breed, but am most experienced with large breeds, especially Newfoundlands. Thank you very much for taking the time to visit my profile. I would like to know if your dog has any habits that are potentially harmful. I also want to know the extent of your dog's training (what commands they respond to, their behavior on a leash, etc.
A typical day
I like to walk dogs on trails, especially if they are well-trained on leashes. Failing that, a sidewalk will do just fine. If your dog loves to swim, or play fetch... so much the better! As mentioned, I own a dog myself, who is a gentle, non-reactive girl. If your dog gets along well with other dogs, they will love her. If you'd rather they stay separate from other animals, that's fine too.
