This was our first time using Rover and working with Bianca and we were very pleased. Rover was very accommodating when we needed to make some changes to our reservation. Sadly one of the changes was due to one of our dogs passing, and the person at Rover who processed my change request sent me a personal note of condolence. Very nice! Bianca was great with our 3 dogs. She was very responsive to our communications and check-ins. She handled the administration of meds to our one epileptic dog very well, and knowing that the timing of the meds was important, made sure to check with us on the last day to know when we'd be home so his medication time wouldn't be missed. She stayed at our home, and everything was in pristine condition when we got home. We will happily work with Rover and Bianca again.

Bianca Herlihy has a true love for all animals, and plans on dedicating her life to the care of animals. She is very kind to all animals, and they sense immediately that she is there for them, and come up to her for love and hugs. We have several dogs that she takes care of now, as well as a horse. Bianca has pet sat for several friends, and these animals have included dogs, cats, rabbits, goats, pigs, horses, llamas, cows, fish, birds, and lizards. Bianca has also worded at a vet clinic, mucked horse stalls, performed take in duties for forty horses that included bringing them in from their paddocks to their stalls, watering, feeding, and dispensing of medicines. She is currently an undergraduate zoology major at UNH and hopes to become a vet.
