Frustrated Unfortunately this was not a pleasant or comfortbale experience for me while travelling overseas for shy of two weeks. Bianca watched my 10 year old Rottweiller while I travelled to South East Asia for 10 days. Prior to to my travel I visited her place, which was a small, stuffy and dishevelled downtown studio apartment. I should have went with my gut but by this time it was too late for to lock down somthing new. I did however have a level of comfort since she said that she works professionally at a doggy day care. I still should have went with my gut. In the past, my sitters would send me daily pictures or happy videos that gave me a high level of comfort since my pup is elderly and has really bad hip dysplasia. I had to reach out to Bianca for updates and additionally ask for a video or picture each time. The first set of videos were a one second and a two second obscure video clip which left me uneasy. Perhaps everything was fine but I have no idea why such short weird video footage. I wonder if I hadn't reached out, would I have gotten any updates? My pup is on a raw diet so I left exact rations for him to get him through his stay, which I explained to Bianca. About mid trip, I asked how he was doing on food to which she replied, "OK, I give him extra patties when he seems hungry because he trys to eat food off the street when I walk him." Not sure what her plan was going to be or if she would have reached out when he ran out of food. I had to explain again that he is on a set diet to maintain his weight because of his hip dysplasia and his food is rationed to get him through his trip. More discomfort while on the other side of the world. When I picked my pup up, he urinated as if he hadn't been out for an evening walk he went for two long urinations and three huge poops, back to back. Also, his bed smelled like cigarette smoke and he smelled as of he had just been sprayed down with some sort of strong fragrance that resembled air freshener... again, who does this or at least who does this without asking. Im.not sure what she replaced my pups food with due to her unscheduled feedings but he came home with diarrhea. My trip was not care free because of worrying about my pups situation. I would recommend Bianca as a dog walker for a day but NOT for extended dog stay at her place. She seems like a sweet young girl but not professional in this capacity.

Satya had an amazing time with Bianca. She took extra good care of her and loved her like her own pet.
