I’ve known Bianca for several years, she is the most hard working/responsible person I’ve ever known, when she came from Brazil she didn’t speak any English whatsoever, within one year I was having full conversations with her, and understood her very well, she taught herself with no help from any school which I thought was amazing, that’s just a testament to her ambition,focus and drive. She is a huge animal lover, especially dogs, back in Brazil she took homeless dogs off the street just to care for them while running a restaurant for 14 hours a day, amazing women, I couldn’t think of anyone else better for this position, you will definitely not be disappointed with Bianca! And might I add that I sponsored her citizenship for this country because I trust her, she has never let me down, Bianca has actually inspired me to be more responsible in life, I’ve learned a lot from her! She’s a very special person that I am proud to know and have as a lifelong friend!

I have an older dog that is very shy with strangers. I had to go out of town and Bianca house sit and pet sit my dog when I was away. She took really good care of my dog. She took out my dog for walks, gave her the medicine and was very loving with Penelope. When I was away she sent me pictures to make sure I knew Penelope was doing good. Bianca loves animals and is very responsible.
