We have fostered over 350 dogs and puppies for over 6 years for Petaluma Animal Services our local shelter we have fostered and volunteered for them since they took over as a no kill 5 years in September 2013. Also had the pleasure of running a puppy rescue out of our living room for eleven months and saving 58 puppies and dogs that might not have had a better outcome without our help My family is very much involved with the fostering dogs and our family dogs also. We have a ton of experience with little breeds and puppies. We can help puppy train, potty train, teach them some obedience and crate training for an additional fee. We have loved literally hundreds of dogs and puppies in our home. I have loved dogs My entire life, as an adult I married a man that loves and had dogs all his life also. My son Logan is also a dog lover too. I used to dog sit when a was a young child and as a teenager for friends and neighborhood people. Its a family thing for sure! We have babysat a few friends dogs over the years and enjoyed it (references upon request.) as a pet owner I know how hard it is to leave your best friend at a kennel I we had to leave our girls and I know it was very hard on them. I work nights so someone is with your dog most of the day and night only left for a few hours in the morning. Our dogs are happy loved and cared for just like yours will be. I very much enjoy sending pictures and videos to update how your dogs are doing on a daily basis and I don't know of any kennels that give you that kind of one-on-one updating and attention that all of us want for our pets while we're out of town in worry-free environment. Your dog will be inside (unless going outside to potty or for a walk) We have a beautiful creek near our home that our dogs get a daily walk to. (All dogs that stay in our home must be dog friendly as we have our own animals also) We mostly foster and babysit little dogs as my dog's Ruby and Mini have helped foster all 350 + dogs and pup puppies our home and they are more comfortable with smaller breeds of dogs. I work nights so I’m usually home by noon every day and my husband is a contractor so he usually doesn’t leave for work until eight or nine so they’re only by themselves for a short period of time. I have a fully fenced in backyard with a double gate for protection we also set up an extra barrier out the front door to keep any Littles from escaping out the front door. We are very safety conscious we make sure that the harnesses fit snug and secure as we do like to take them on a walk during the day.
