I was born an animal lover! My first job ever was pet sitting/walking my neighbors' dogs. I have always had a passion for caring for animals! I am open to caring for any type of pet you may have at your home. I have been a special education teacher for 11 years, however am taking some time off this year to pursue some personal passions, which means I have a very flexible schedule! For the past 16 years my life has revolved around my two large fur babies (a sweet, loving lab and loyal, active pit), however they have both now passed on. There has been a huge gap in my heart since they are no longer around, and I am hoping I can start to fill that by caring for your pet! I have pet training experience, and spent the past 4 years caring for my aging dogs. I have experience administering medications, special meal plans/feeding needs, injections and caring for pets with special needs. I love spending time cuddling with furry friends, as well as heading out to the trails, park or beach for a day of active fun!
