I'm a devoted dog lover and owner who wishes I could have a whole pack. I've cared for dogs since I was in elementary school, and am good with a variety of breeds and personalities.

Betsy was incredibly responsible and compassionate with our dog. My dog was in the process of healing from a paw injury and needed to wear a cone. Betsy and her sweet family gave our dog all the TLC she needed.
Betsy and her family took such good care of Miso! She had so much fun and was very tired out by the time I picked her up! Would book again!
Betsy and her family were wonderful hosts for our pup. Betsy sent pics and videos, and Ronja seemed to have a fantastic time. Great communication, we felt safe leaving our dog in Betsy's care.
JoJo had such a great time with Betsy - He almost refused to come back home with us! She took very good care of him. Highly recommend her!

My yard has a three-foot fence which is good for most pups, but can be cleared by strong jumpers. Our senior dog gets lots of neighbor visits and enjoys hanging out outside when weather permits. We can do crates, but they're not required as long as your pup is comfortable and not destructive. Dogs are allowed on furniture but not beds.

Please let me know if your dog has quirks about walking on leash or encountering or playing with other dogs. We have lots of toys and chewies around, so it's good to know if your dog resource guards or has any particular things they love. Also, please give me a heads up if you're watching their weight or avoid certain types of treats.
A typical day
I live in an active neighborhood with lots of foot traffic - both people and pups - to watch. Dogs can hang out inside or the year depending on weather and preference. We will go for walks to some of the parks in the area so there are lots of good smells and opportunities to explore.

Availability
I'm self-employed and work from home, so have lots of flexibility for walks and belly rubs. I don't travel often. Evenings are tough because I'm on kid duty, but mornings and days are great for walks and visits.
