Pet care experience
I’ve had 2 cats in the past and a golden retriever for 10 years. I am very much a dog person and love to play and snuggle with them! I don’t mind special requirements (medications, brushing etc.). We recently put our dog down I would love to have someone to keep me company, snuggle with and play with. Reach out to me with any questions or requests because I can’t wait to meet your fur baby and give them all the love in the world. I miss mine so much and would love to care for someone else’s because I know how hard it is leaving them behind for vacations, weekends or even day trips. Betsy was a wonderful caregiver to our dog Bruno while away for a week vacation. She loved our little buddy up...just as much as he is used to at home! Betsy sent daily pictures of his fun with her family. It made it so much easier to leave our fur baby at home, knowing he was in such good hands.
Betsy did a great job taking care of our Senior Labradoodle. She loves dogs and it shows. Got updates and pictures to keep us in the loop while we were away. Made our trip that much more relaxing knowing the "Pup" was in good hands.
Betsy was so great watching my dog! She sent lots of updates and pictures. Her house was on a nice, quiet dead end street with big yard and lots for her and Piper to do. Piper has a little anxiety with thunderstorms/fireworks but Betsy was attentive and willing to administer special calming drops. Piper loved staying with her and her family! Thank you, Betsy!
Betsy was great, communication was awesome. Our dog was well taken care of and we will definitely be using Betsy again.

I have a fenced in yard. I have “joint custody” with the family dog as we call it. He’s at my house some weeks and at my parents some weeks depending on the work schedule. I have a wild golden retriever who has never interacted with cats (I will only accept cats if at other homes). He’s very good with other dogs, but has a LOT of energy and excitement.

Love all breeds but have a special place in my heart for golden retrievers :) if they are house trained/able to be in a kennel. Is it okay if they are left for extended periods of time while I am away at work.
A typical day
Play, walks, snuggles, car rides if applicable/ok’d by owner. Love to try out new places for dog walks!! With kitties, I love to play with them as well!

My schedule will be sporadic as I am a nurse :) if I have days off, I’m all yours. If you need a quick pop in, I’m your gal! If your fur baby can be left alone for extended periods of time while I am at work (depending on the day, 8-12 hours) I’d be happy to help out then too!
