My husband, Russ and I have been raised with German Shepherds. Our teen boys, ages 18 and 20 have as well. We love animals and especially dogs. Besides our dog, we have two goats, four bearded dragons, a crested gecko and a gold fish. We spend lots of time outside, especially in the warmer weather. Your dog will have to option to join us or stay in our air conditioned home. In the winter they can play in the snow or lay by the fire. Their choice. We hope you will trust us to care for your dog while you are away from home. We have fenced in areas, and live on Robbins Pond in East Bridgewater. It's wonderful to live on a short dead end street with great neighbors. We have hosted many dogs of all different sizes and breeds. Our house is dog friendly and we will enjoy sharing it with your best friend. I am home the majority of the time your pet will be with us. It is very rare that your dog would be left unattended by at least one family member. I can administer medications by mouth and injection or I V. I can change bandages as well. If your dog is not spayed or neutered please let me know prior to booking. Come by and meet us and you'll see that we have a wonderful place for your best friend to spend time while you are away,

As always Angus had a wonderful stay with Betsy! He comes back so happy and tired; although he’s glad to see me, I know he misses the family and the dog friends he makes there! They treat him so well; he is eager to go back. I will absolutely book again!
Betsy has always been a delight when taking care of McCoy, it's refreshing to find someone who, especially as our good boy has grown older, is so attuned and so sensitive to the needs of a pampered senior dog. He's always happy to see her, and reluctant to leave!
Betsy and her family are kind, gracious, and flexible hosts. We appreciate very much their love for the dogs and their calm and mellow way of dealing with animals and humans both!
Betsy was amazing! My 7 month old boxer was with her for one day and when I arrived to pick him up, he didn't want to leave! Needless to say, he was exhausted when he got home!!! He absolutely loved playing with all of the other dogs... we will definitely be asking Betsy to take him again very soon! We have found our new dog sitter ;o)

We have a casual home. Our dog has the run of our house and as long as your dog is well behaved he or she will have the same.
