Hi! I'm Bethany and I absolutely adore being around and caring for dogs of all kinds. I have been taking care of friends' and acquaintances' dogs in my own home anywhere from a couple weeks to several months at a time, from 2014 to the present, and have had multiple repeat customers throughout those years. I have strong experience in overnight care, feeding, walking, and entertaining/exercise/play, and have moderate to high experience in grooming and administering medications, both with small and medium- to large-sized dogs. I always make it a priority to keep the four-legged friends happy and healthy at all times, and love every minute of it.

Bethany did a fantastic job caring for our corgi. She was thorough in understanding our dogs needs so that we could be worry free on our trip. Bethany loved and cared for our pup as if he was her own and that was evident by how happy our pup was when we picked him up.

I can provide a calm, quiet, and loving home environment for your sweet dogs, with low foot traffic, no small children or loud family members, and no other pets. The neighborhood is very safe and welcoming. There is a large green-way, with paths and large open grass fields, right off of my neighborhood, so long walks and places for your pets to run around are readily available. I cannot provide a fully fenced yard, but there is a good amount of flat space indoors for indoor play. There is also plenty of space for a crate, if that is necessary or of interest.

I would like to know about the dog's temperament, general habits, and preferences for interactions with people and other pets. I would also like to know of any specific do's and/or don't's around and with the dog, to ensure that he or she is happy and comfortable at all times. Any fun quirks or other such information is very welcome as well!
A typical day
Your dog will enjoy lots of pets, scratches, belly rubs, and general TLC. He or she will be the priority, getting lots of attention, playtime, and overall care. Your dog can enjoy a good amount of outdoor time as well, with walks or runs around the neighborhood or along a spacious, nearby green-way.

Availability
I am currently a part-time AFA student at Wake Technical Community College, taking morning classes Monday-Thursday. I will have my afternoons and evenings free on those days, and have Friday-Saturday free at any time, morning, afternoon, and evening, unless otherwise noted. I am available to come walk and/or play with your sweet dogs, and anything else you might need. I am also open to discussing overnight care and/or boarding.
