Pet care experience
I have been dog sitting for years, and my previously clients can confirm that I treat and love their pets as my own family members. I am a devoted puppy mommy to my two rescue dachshunds. I had the honor of loving our rescue dachshund, Abilene, through the last years of her life, and Daisy Bee and Waylon (our dachshund mixes-- both rescues!) still keep me on my toes every day. I work from home, so I have flexibility to stay with your pets throughout the day if house-sitting and flexibility to walk or visit your furry family members in the afternoon and evening. I understand the importance of familiar surroundings for dogs when their people are away. The comfort of their own home and routines are most important then! I will care for your home with consideration and respect when house sitting or walking your dog.

This is our 3rd five-star review and we are just so sad that because we're moving soon, it will likely be our last booking with Bethany. See our previous two reviews, but we still can't say enough good things. The peace of mind we've had when Bethany has stayed with our pup (and our house) has been priceless. We've been able to be away knowing that our pup had someone keeping her company and loving on her for us and we so appreciate the time that Bethany spent with her. We came home to a lovely clean home (and fresh sheets!) and a very happy pup :) Thank you Bethany, we'll miss you!!
We can’t say enough good things about our repeat experience with Bethany! She stayed with our pup for 8 nights this time and we’re so, so glad she was available! See our previous review, but having Bethany at our house has absolutely been a 5-star experience and is the least stress we’ve ever felt when leaving our pup at home. Bethany sends us cute texts and pics twice a day and once again, we never worried that our pup would be home too long on her own (important to us since she just turned 11!). We love that Bethany doesn’t make us feel silly at all for the (vast!) amount of detail we have written up and we can tell she really cares about our pup feeling happy and cozy. Also, once again, we came home to a *very* clean house and our sheets were already washed! We really appreciate that too :) Thank you again for loving on our pup while we were gone!
We truly had a 5-star experience with Bethany and are so very grateful! Bethany stayed at our house with our pup for a week and overall we think this was the loveliest (and most low stress) experience we've had with a petsitter. We have a tendency to worry and overshare details about our pup and we loved our meet-and-greet with Bethany and really appreciated how engaged and receptive she was (it made us feel so much more comfortable, thank you!). Then everything from there went incredibly smoothly and that is the best thing we could ask for! Bethany proactively reached out and sent text and pic updates in the morning and evening each day (which we loved), asked questions when they popped up, and we never worried once about Bethany leaving our pup on her own for too long. Our pup is used to having someone at home, and we loved that with Bethany, our pup got to stay in her normal routine and have someone home with her nearly all of the time. We came home to a *very* clean house and our sheets were already washed and in the dryer. Since we got home at midnight, we extra appreciated both of those things :) We love that Bethany and our pup genuinely seemed to have a fun time together with lots of cuddles, walks, and backyard hangouts and we would love to have Bethany stay with our pup again in the future! Thank you again for loving on our pup while we were gone!
There can be no better review than to say that I was relaxed and confident that my girls were being loved and well cared for while I was away and that I came home to happy pups. Bethany was patient, understanding, communicative and kind.
