We had been looking for some occasional doggie daycare services for our 6-month old pup, Murphy. We had one previous Rover experience which was rough on us (leaving him for a long weekend...he was absolutely fine) but the thought of leaving him with someone again made us nervous. We were connected to Bethany through another Rover provider who had amazing reviews. After some exchanges (incredibly quick responses from Bethany), we were to drop Murphy off the next morning at her office in Belltown. Murphy is almost too friendly, so we've been working on his jumping to greet people. Bethany could sense that right away and immediately asked us how we wanted her to work with him while he was with her. Awesome. During the stay she sent us multiple updates and photos throughout the day. # of updates was the biggest struggle we had with our previous Rover experience (felt like we were pulling teeth to get updates and photos) and Bethany put that worry to rest. We got a nice report card at the end of the day and Murph definitely seemed tuckered out from all the playtime, love, and attention he received that day. We will most definitely be using her again in the future!
