I have not only owned a variety of pets since I was a child, I have also cared for others pets as well. I have many years of experience caring for dogs in and out of my home (small to extra large breeds), cats, small animals, and exotic pets as well. I am well versed in up-to-date training methods and am also happy to reinforce your current style of training. I view all the animals I care for as my temporary fur-babies and give them the best care and love possible.

Bethany handled our 2 dogs very well today as we hosted a social event at our home. She was timely, professional, and a great communicator!
Bethany took great care of our dog while on an 8 day vacation. She sent me daily pictures and texts to let me know our fur baby was doing well. I think she probably took better care and played with our dog more than our family does? She will be the first sitter I call when we go on vacation again!
Bethany has walked and watched my energetic 2 year old, 150-pound Newfoundland, several times. She is comfortable walking him on a leash and loves him like he is her own. Barnabas is always happy to see her! He loves going on walks with her, playing with toys, practicing his tricks, and getting lots of belly rubs. I feel comfortable having Barnabas with Bethany, and he always has a great time and comes home happy and tired.

When dogsitting I stay in the clients home overnight and like to keep the animal on it's normal schedule for food, play, and any other activities. I do go home for a portion of the day to care for my own pets, run errands, and work.

I would love to know what your dog loves, any special toys, activities, and general temperment. If it wants more cuddles, belly rubs, or just lots and lots of play time. I have many years of experience working in healthcare and am attending graduate school for nursing, so I am happy to take on animals with medical needs.
A typical day
I love to go on walks and hikes with happy dogs. I enjoy spending time in larger parks and enclosed dog parks as well. I love a good game of fetch, keep-away, or 'find the treats'.
