Hello! My name is Bethany, my husband Ben and I rescued our first dog in June of 2020, her name is Jolene, she is our babyyyy🖤 I joined Rover because I love dogs and thought it would be a great opportunity to meet fellow dog owners in my community. Jolene loves play dates! I also have a lot of experience with elderly dogs. My parents dog Harper is a 12 year old boxer, who I grew up with and watch anytime my parents are out of town! My in-laws also have elderly dogs, a 10 year old beagle and a 14 year old pugle, I watch them on a pretty regular basis since they travel frequently! I have met so many awesome people and dogs through Rover since I joined and I can’t wait to meet more. My husband and I have taken a beginners training course at our local PetSmart and would be willing to share any info we know as well as implement our training skills with your dog! Jolene will be joining an intermediate class in soon, where we will learn even more about dogs and how to make things run smoothly in our household. We’ve gotten so much out of these classes and we are better dog owners because of it! My hope through this app is that I can provide safe care for local dogs and give their owners the peace of mind I know I’d want for Jolene while I’m away.
