Bethany has watched my dogs for extended periods multiple times. She always provides exceptional care and has on multiple occasions used her knowledge as a veterinary tech to help my dogs through injury or other conditions. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for dogwalking or dogsitting services!
I've known Bethany for quite a while, and for as long as I've known her she has been incredibly good with animals. An amazing vet tech, and an overall kind and loving person, I would trust her to take care of my pets any day.
Bethany is a compassionate animal lover. As a registered vet tech she takes excellent care of all animals. I never worry when my Trixie is left in her care. She is a proud mom to a puppy mill rescued Yorkie and a rescued bunny.
I am a registered veterinary tech
Hello! My name is Bethany and I have been caring for dogs for my entire life. I even made a career out of it as a registered veterinary technician! Including schooling, I have been in the vet field for 7 years and have been registered for 4 years. If your pet has special needs, especially medical, I am equipped with the knowledge and skill to make sure your pet is well taken care of.
What Bethany would like to know about your dog
I have the most experience with small dogs, but I don't have any restrictions on breed or size.
Before sitting/walking a dog, I would like to know what the dog is like. Do they walk easy on a leash or pull? Do they require special equipment like a harness over a collar, a wheelchair, etc? Are they dog/people friendly or do I need to use extra care when outside while walking them?
Do they require special medical care or medication? Do they have any issues that I need to be aware of, such as medical diagnoses like diabetes? What veterinarian can I call if needed and do I have permission to authorize care and use a form a payment?
What are their favorite activities, toys, and treats? Where do you normally take them for walks and such? Do they have a favorite place to be touched/scratched or do they not like to be handled much?
