My name is Bethany and I recently graduated from Nazareth College in Rochester, NY with my doctorate in physical therapy. I have accepted a position as a full time therapist in the Portland area but, I'm not ready to give up dog sitting yet! I have been house sitting for five years and I have enjoyed it so much that I would like to continue in the Portland area. I'm very passionate about animals and have volunteered at shelters around the area and ran the adoptions at petco one night a week in years past. I worked as the customer adviser at the Pittsford Petco for the last two years while I was in grad school and enjoyed being around so many fur babies! I grew up in a small town in the Catskills around many different animals. I showed cows and goats and worked on a dairy farm and a horse farm at different times in my life. I absolutely love dogs and own my own lab mix rescue as well as a tiger cat. I'm a very active person and will take any excuse to be outside. I ran cross country and track in my undergraduate years and still participate in road races when I get the time. I would love to walk or run with your dog and to give them endless snuggles while you're away because I'm sure they'll be missing you!
