Pet care experience
Hello, my name is Beth! I’ve worked with animals professionally for about 15 years, starting off as a shelter volunteer at 13 and eventually became an Animal Control Officer for 5 of those 15 years. I've worked with various large and small dog breeds, strong and shy personalities, have been trained to deal with multiple dogs and cats (and other fur babies!) at once, received Emergency animal CPR training, worked and learned various training methods, and I have experience administering medications and shots. I recently moved to Maricopa; have plenty of space to offer as well exercise your dog and would love to welcome any of your pets temporarily in my home! * Please note that if your dog is not cat or dog friendly, I can remove my personal pets separately upstairs and have assistance keeping them separated. *

Bethanie was a life saver - was able to take care of our dog Smokey at the last minute over the Christmas holidays. She took great care of him and sent lots of updates and pictures. We would definitely book a stay for Smokey with Bethanie again!

I have a fenced in yard, open layout in the house, and pets are welcome anywhere humans can supervise! There is rooms they can use for quiet time if needed, and plenty of neighborhood space for long walks and playtime!

As much information as possible is preferred. It’s important to know if pets require a special diet, need injections at specific times, have to do a comment for a treat or all paws on floor before pets, (I also do not let strangers pet dogs I sit unless owner specifies they’re okay with it. Safety is my top priority) and anything else care or specific to your personal lifestyle. I wish for all animals to comfortable during their stay and any additional information not listed in rover or o forget to ask would always be appreciated!
A typical day
There is a community park across the street, dog park is 8 mins away, (if such is recommended by owner) and lots of toys and yard space for pups who just want to enjoy the house! I have plenty of dog and cat toys, and love doing indoor and outdoor ‘activities with both!

Availability
The days I’m available will reflect my off days from my current full time job. There will always be an adult in the home regardless of schedules though! If needed—we can discuss pickup and drop off times on days I work. If so, please let me know if you wish to crate or have your dog loose. Cats are always able to free-roam or have their own closed off space.
