I am a huge dog lover! I hike a lot & go for walks. Whenever I see a dog, my face lights up & I ask the owner if their dog is friendly. I also ask if it's ok if I pet them. Dogs can tell if you're a dog lover. I have always grown up with dogs and have always taken responsibility to feed/groom/exercise them. Growing up we had poodles, schnauzers & labs so I'm familiar with different sized dogs. I am currently not working so I have a lot of availability. I live near Lafayette Park in SF (2 blocks) but I could also take your dog in my car down to Fort Mason or Crissy Field. These are great spots for dogs because there are tons of other dogs running around.
