Pet care experience
I just plain love all kinds of animals. In every spare moment I have I learn something new by reading, observing and caring for animals. As a child I grew up with horses, ponies, dogs, cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, ducklings, chickens and even rescued a seagull and blue heron. I have also leatned and cared for exotic pets like foxes, raccoons, opossums, birds, and can frequently be seen hugging and kissing dogs and cats that belong to my neighbors. I am comfortable with interacting and taking care of SOME special needs pets and animals. I have a connection with most animals almost immediately and build trust over time with others. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Beth. I went away leaving my dogs for the first time not with family. Not only did she go above and beyond caring for them but I could see in all the photos she provided that my dogs were loved and happy. She has extensive knowledge of dogs and knows what is healthy for them and what isn’t. She even taught me many things I didn’t know but needed to know. Upon return you could tell that my dogs missed their Auntie Beth. If and when we go away again I will make sure it is only when Beth is avaliable!
Beth never fails to make owners and fur babies comfortable. She loves them both and understands the importance of making sure everyone is happy and assured that things are under control. Oliver is always sad to see her leave and we certainly get it. She showers him with attention and love and in return he does the same for her. It’s a win-win situation! Having Beth as a dog sitter in my home has been an absolute blessing. I’m so glad I found her and she will certainly be asked back many times over.
Beth was the BEST! She was great with our 2 corgis, Popeye and Brutus, for 4 days. We used Rover for the first time…we are NOT disappointed! Beth was a Godsend…loved my dogs like we do, walked them, fed them, treated them, played with them…and they LOVED her! When we returned home, she had the house cleaned up, vacuumed, did the sheets and returned them…she was an amazing find! Thanks for loving our babies so much!! We will definitely use her again!

I prefer to have a meet and greet first with the owner and pet and be able to ask questions and chat by txt or phone calls. Once all of us are on the same page I think sitting, or walking, or visiting goes better.

I would like to know the breed of your dog, size, preferences, temperment, where any supplies are kept that I may need...Like food, treats, filtered water or regular water etc. I would also like to know if your pets age and if they have any special needs.
A typical day
I love to play with with dogs and cats.I love to walk dogs, play tug of war with them, play fetch as long as the area is contained or fenced in. I also play laser tag with my own cats and stray cats in the neighborhood.

I am currently retired. I have a couple of long term projects I am working on which makes my schedule extremely flexible. With a couple days notice and some communication with the the owner I will be there reliably.
