Responsible, dependable, experienced animal lover. I've had lots of experience caring for animals as well as having petsitters care for my animals, so I know how important it is to have someone you can trust and who will keep in contact. As lifelong horse owners, we can also handle your horse care when you are out of town.

Beth was wonderful with Alfie. He's a bit anxious, and we very much appreciated her attention to his needs. She was very responsive throughout the longer-term stay (2 weeks) and provided us with great updates and pictures. Alfie loved being in a quieter area with tons of room to run and other dogs to play with. He came home even happier and more relaxed than when we left him!

Our dogs are loose in the house, never crated. We do not have a fenced yard, so if your dog is not likely to stick with the pack, we will take him outside on a leash.

A typical day
We go for long walks, have some snacks, play with squeak toys, and then the dogs generally relax in living room while I'm working. We can accommodate bathroom breaks every few hours, but due to my working from home and zoom calls, I'm afraid we can't manage excessive whining or barking. Your dog is treated as a member of the family--no crates or high volume of other boarders.

Availability
Your dog is welcome to join ours on runs around the farm, swimming in the pond, walks and naps on the couch. We also have two cats, so all dogs MUST be cat-friendly.
