Pet care experience
We are a young and energetic couple who have both been looking after animals from a young age. We both grew up with family dogs and our love for animals led us to pursue pet-sitting whilst completing our university degrees in New Zealand. Since starting pet-sitting we have looked after a wide range of animals including dogs, cats, fish and even a chameleon. Our greatest experience and expertise lies with the care of dogs, and we have looked after dogs ranging from 3 months old to 18 years old, lapdogs to working dogs, tiny dogs to large dogs. We have even been involved in the training of a regular customers puppy and have dealt with medication and emergency vet visits. Every single animal we have looked after has been treated with upmost love and care, and we pride ourselves in the relationships we form with the animals and their owners. In New Zealand we had a large clientele that trusted us to look after their pets in their own home, whether that be for a weekend or for 3 months. We have always been asked back and complimented on how happy their animals were and how well their house had been looked after.

Would definitely recommend. Really lovely, caring people and it was the first trip that I did not worry about my fur babies. They kept me updated and sent photos, made sure my picky eater had her food every day. They even made sure the house was spotless which was a nice surprise after a long journey home! We have now agreed to our doggies being cared for on all on our trips for the year coming. Thank you to you both for being so wonderful and making an anxious mum managed to relax on holiday! If you are looking for the right dog sitters then definitely chose these two… I knew when I met them they would be perfect for my girls and now I can say for sure.
Beth and Harry were wonderful housesitters. Harvey was calm and relaxed when I arrived home, happily worn out from their walks and attention. The house was lovely and clean and they even stripped the sheets from their bed for me. I would recommend them and will hopefully book them again.
Beth and her partner Harry are true animal lovers. They have spent so much time here in New Zealand pet sitting that there now is a big gap in that field of special care. Beth is an extremely responsible, respectful, capable, smart and switched on young woman. She would give her all to looking after not only the pets but your home. She comes with the highest recommendation possible.
Beth has been our go to house sitter for our dog and cat in recent years. Not only do we know we are leaving them in her capable hands and they get lots of love and attention but she also takes excellent care of our house. She's highly reliable and I can't recommend her enough.

We believe it is very important to maintain the pets established routine for their peace and happiness, so we happily adapt our schedule to be able to do so. This means we can provide the dogs with meals, medications and walks when they are used to. We both enjoy walking so can take dogs on whatever length walk they are used to. We encourage the pet owners to leave us with detailed instructions about the best ways we can care for their animals, including any information they think may be relevant in helping them be at their happiest whilst their owners are away.

A typical day
We both love to spend time outdoors and love having company on walks through the local parks, fields or woods. We happily adjust our daily walks to the needs of the dogs we care for, and are well versed in heel and recall training through our experience caring for multiple dogs. If your dog likes to play games we have been known to spend hours engrossed with games such as tug of war and fetch, until both us and the dogs are tuckered out. Overall, we are flexible and aim to be in tune with the needs of the animals in our care and follow the information given to us by the owners to our best possible ability. If your dog requires long walks, short walks around the block, hours of play or hours of cuddles then you can be assured that they will get their needs met by us.

Availability
We both work digitally with flexible schedules which we can adjust to the needs of the animals in our care. As there are two of us we can always guarantee that one of us will be available to feed, walk and play with your animal so that there need not be any major change in routine whilst they are in our care.
