My family adopted a black lab puppy when I was 10, and he grew to be 105lb. Throughout his life we took him for 2-3 mile walks in the woods near our house almost every day while I lived at home. Since he was so big we needed to use a chest harness for walking him in case he saw a squirrel. He lived to 13 and had a lot of extra needs as an elderly dog that we were happy to help him with. I don't have a dog currently but I still love taking care of dogs. I'll take your dog for a run or walk, or just take them outside for a bathroom break - whatever you prefer. I've dog sat for up to a week at a time in the dog's home, and I would be comfortable giving medications if needed. I am also open to taking care of other pets as well!
