Pet care experience
I wanted to be a veterinarian/vet assistant when I was young. But as I got older and wiser I realized my heart is way too soft when it comes to animals of all types so I would probably end up taking home (or paying the fees for) so many that I would not be able to make a living at that job. I have had several people suggest that I check out being a pet sitter instead. I have lots of experience because I've been taking care of friend's, co worker's, and relative's pets for many years! I have always had a dog family member (plus a variety of other animals). Currently I have a Golden Retriever, 4 cats and 3 tortoises. All are very spoiled and treated as part of our family.

Esme had a wonderful time with you as always! Thank you!
Beth is the best Rover sitter around!
Hadley had the best time staying overnight!!! She got a ton of exercise with walks and playing fetch & tug in the backyard! And she loved making new friends and playing with the other dogs! She was happy and super tired when she came home, which is always a sign of a good stay! She was well taken care of and loved! Thanks so much for taking such good care of her! Will definitely come visit and stay again!
My dog had a great stay with Beth. Would highly recommend.

Information Beth K. would like to know about your pet
Is the dog friendly with other dogs? Is the dog friendly with cats? Would the dog take off running if not on a leash?
A typical day
We will go for at least 2 walks (usually 1 short and one long) on the Douglas trail (paved or horse path depending on the weather). I have a large backyard which is great for playing ball (if the dog doesn't run when let off a leash). During the summer the kiddie pool is kept full of fresh, clean water for soaking/playing in.
