Pet care experience
My friends call me the Dog Whisperer because dogs love me. Maybe it's because they know I will love them back and will give them quality time when we are together. I have had dogs throughout my life, and, for the past ten years, I have been the neighbood dog walker when neighbors and friends need a hand. I feel like I'm not just taking a dog for a walk but developing a relationship with a furry friend who is so deserving of love and quality care. Lots of praise, rewards, and belly rubs are my go-to approach, especially when working with new dogs. I am available most week days between 1:00 and 6:00, and some mornings. I am available on some weekends, too, as needed.

I don't have any breed preferences, but I would like to know anything about the dog's personality that would help me in developing a relationship with him or her. Also, are there any behavioral or health issues I need to know about, and can he or she have treats?
A typical day
I know that the dogs I walk are missing their own family, so I try hard to be their favorite friend who provides a respite from time alone. A long walk through the neighborhood, fun games, belly rubs, maybe a new trick or two, and long conversations about how much they're loved are some of the things I do to build a bond between your furry family member and me.
