Pet care experience
My husband and I had a wonderful golden retriever, named Harley. Unfortunately, she passed away almost 3 years ago, but instead of getting another dog, we began watching doggos for our friends and family!

Although I live downtown, I have convenient access to a county park just outside the building doors! There is also an off-leash dog park just 4 blocks away, and plenty of green space around the city! Over the last year and a half since we moved here, we have found some great spots to take pups for potty breaks as well as to get out some energy!

Please note that I live in a condo building, therefore dogs who bark, especially when no one is home, will not work well. In order to best meet the needs of your pet(s), it's important for me to get to know them before they stay with me. I would prefer to set up a meet and greet to make sure we are a great fit! I always follow the dog owners rules, so if your dog isn't allowed on furniture, we won't allow them on our furniture. Or if your dog is expected to follow certain commands for walking, eating, etc., I will follow those same expectations.
A typical day
With a park just outside our building, your dog will get ample opportunities for potty breaks. We also have an off-leash dog park four blocks away, and several green spaces all throughout downtown!

I work full-time from home, with occasional appointments out of the house. My schedule provides great flexibility to take pups for walks and potty breaks!
