I've had animals all my life. I miss having a dog and welcome the opportunity to care for your sweety. I love to walk outside myself and look forward to having a buddy by side. (Fyi: I know the little dog's names at my apt building better than the owners. Lol!) We have a young, 3 yr old cat who LOVES DOGS! Strange but, she loves to play with my son's girlfriends dog. She tried desperately with our now deceased dog but he didn't want anything to do with her. (So sad! She tried and tried and actually would be sad!) For almost 8 years, I willingly and happily took great care of our completly handicapped rescue dog. (Mini long haired dauschaund.) I work parttime M, T, Th, Fri 10,11,12 to 6pm Wed. 10-8:30 Sat (1x month) 8:30-5. Most weekends I'm free to love on your dog all day and I can't wait! I'm happy to follow your suggestions on parks, neighborhood walks and explore new places together with you loved one. Where do you suggest?

Any dog has my heart. They are unconditionally loveable! But, I'd like to stay clear of dogs that puddle excitedly, excessively in my home. Some are just sooo excited and can't help themselves. I get it. But its not my preference to go this route in my home. Accidents happen sometimes, especially if s/he is new and nervous. But, I'm really mindful of thier needs and will ensure s/he will never needlessly have an accident.
A typical day
I would be more than happy to walk your dog, or take to a park of your choice. In the summer, dogs will enjoy fun at the lake with me, and depending on the size and your approval, time in my lap on the kayak, canoe or paddleboard. Or just fetching a toy in the water. I'm exceptionally mindful of ticks after Lyme and other tick-borne conditions. No human or animal should ever suffer needlessly.
