I appreciated Beth being flexible about a last-minute booking. Our other sitter cancelled the day before our trip and Beth kindly agreed to watch Finn for us during the day on Sunday. We planned on picking Finn up in the evening, but finished house-hunting earlier than expected. Beth wasn't home but told us where the spare key was, so we went and got Finn around 12pm (we dropped him off at 7am). Unfortunately, Finn did not have water or food left out despite our instructions to do so. He was very thirsty when we picked him up. Beth did tell us she would be gone for part of the day, which was fine with us, but it was unclear how long she was planning to leave him alone without food and water. We did pick him up earlier than expected, but she also did not send pictures or walk Finn to our knowledge during the 5 hours he was there.

Beth was awesome! Very responsive and on time. Astro left more tired than when he came, which is a god send after traveling. I would HIGHLY recommend using Beth as a sitter!
