I grew up around dogs and I love their companionship, but my current apartment lease prohibits animals in my home. I have found that Rover is an ideal opportunity, as it allows me to still spend time and care for dogs with the added benefit of also meeting some pretty cool pet owners in DC as well. I work full time, but my office is on Capitol Hill, so depending on where you live, I can usually use my lunch break to walk your dog(s). I am happy to provide references upon request and meet you and your animal ahead of time, so both you and your pets are comfortable with the arrangement. I also watch puppies and can reinforce any training routines you are implementing. And, I have a special place in my heart for senior dogs as well!
