My two furbabies, Scarlette and Sam, have been in my life for 4 and 5 years, and my family included dogs (sometimes cats) almost my entire childhood. I got Scarlette, who is a shihtzu, shortly after returning from a deployment to Afghanistan with the Army, and adopted Sam, a fox mix, the following year. I've struggled emotionally since returning from overseas, but my dogs have been the most impactful "treatment" I've received, and have most definitely brought me healing I don't believe anyone or anything else ever could. The three of us are a very happy family. We love people and other furry friends. Sam and Scarlette had a brother and sister for a time, and have also abided with cats and other dogs when we had fellow pet-parents as roommates. Scarlette is a bit of a diva, but knows she's cute enough to get away with it. Sammy is a huge momma's boy and loves being outside as much as I do! I love making new canine friends, and if your needs consist of coming to our home, your pet will be one of the family in no time.
