So I had used Bennetts services when another sitter decided to end my dog’s stay early due to separation anxiety (she would bark when left alone). Bennett was responsive and picked up Sophie from that sitter. After pick up, he was not very communicative with updates as I’m used to with other sitters. I had to proactively reach out to him and I would get very short updates. The reason why I am giving such a low rating is the fact that after he experienced a flood in his home (not his fault), it seems he made no effort to clean her up after her reported to me that she was swimming in flooded waters and upon receiving her she had a massive eye infection. He claims he did not notice but her eye was crusted over with hair and dry puss and yellow fresh puss was coming out. I am not sure how that went unnoticed as I noticed it the minute my dog arrived back to me. When I called him to try to figure out why my dog returned to me in this condition he was very nonchalant about it.

Bennett is an incredibly caring, loving, and diligent pet owner. I know he will make a great dog sitter and walker. Thank you.
