After having confirmed our dog’s daycare the night before, Benjamin didn’t show up to receive her, nor did he respond to messages or call attempt. Only 4hrs later did I receive a message that he had been “pulled into meeting”. We’ve used Rover for almost a year, this is the first time someone no-shows. Recommend caution

Benjamin was absolutely wonderful with my rescue fur-baby, who is a big girl (75-pound mastiff mix) and can sometimes be tricky around other dogs. He gave her so much exercise each day and she was ecstatic to see him. He communicated well and I felt very comfortable that she was being taken care of so capably, and that he could handle her size and energy. I definitely plan on booking Benjamin again in the future for daycare as needed, and even the occasional "doggie exercise camp" day to get out some of her energy and provide some necessary interaction and stimulation.
