Ben and Justine were perfect for our dog Brinkley! They kept our family updated with messages and pictures regularly and Brinkley always had room to run and play with other dogs at the house. We will definitely book them again in the future!

This was the first time for us and we had a very mixed experience. Our 12-year old dog, Blake, was with Ben and Justine for a total of 4.5 days. We really liked our initial meeting and the first 4 days went very well. Blake seemed to like his stay and appeared happy. Ben and Justine were terrific and sent photos each night. On the last day, they sent a photo of Blake’s bloody ear and told us they did not know how it happened! It turns out that something had pierced through Blake’s ear causing a hole - a hole through the ear ! Blake must’ve cried out loudly when this happened and yet Ben and Justine didn’t know what happened. Were they sitting too many dogs and one of them bit Blake? Did they have sharp objects around ? We will probably never know. Either of those reasons would be problematic for any future dog sittings. Unfortunately our experience ended with our dog with a bloody ear injury. I’m saddened to write our bad experience in this review because I think Ben and Justine are nice people.
