Ben has been my pet sitter since I first brought my dog home (Sept 2015). Throughout this time he has offered a multitude of services to me, Delilah (dog), and my 3 cats. This included drop in visits and periods of time where he stayed in my home to care for them as well as “puppy adventures” where he would take Delilah to walk in the woods or even just a ride in the car to get her out of the house. Times when he has stayed in my home he has been clean careful and considerate (even been known to wash dishes that I left in the sink so I don’t come back from vacation to a mess). He is prompt with photo and message updates. He’s very attentive to the animals in his care and will notice changes to behavior as well as anything physical. As soon as any issues were found he immediately notified me and asked how I wanted to proceed. Any directions left for him in regards to care is followed to a T and if something is unclear he doesn’t hesitate to reach out for clarification. Now for the most important part of this review, the part where I tell you how much my animals adore him. My dog runs up to him the moment he comes in and wants to be pet. My oldest and youngest cats will share his lap and he’s even managed to win the trust of shy middle guy. Overall Ben is an amazing sitter and I will continue to use him as my sole care provider
