***As of September 3rd, I have now resumed classes again. Here is my availability from now through mid-December*** Wednesday + Thursday Afternoons after 2pm Fridays after 5pm Most weekends Saturday-Sunday for House sitting and Boarding I start class at 9am on Monday mornings, so any pickups from weekend boarding would need to be before then. I grew up taking care of my family's dogs back home, and helped guide my own dogs - and those of family friends - through basic and advanced obedience and therapy training. I think dogs are the sweetest and most loyal friends anyone could ever ask for, and have dearly missed spending time with my own dogs back home. As I do not have the resources to provide for my own dog during the school year at DigiPen, I have found Rover to be a wonderful opportunity for me to spend some more time around dogs while also being able to earn some modest additional income to support myself. I am more than happy to offer up my home to any dogs that are comfortable in an apartment during my school year, though I will primarily only be available on weekends. You can tell right away that Benjamin is very comfortable and knowledgeable around dogs. He was very thorough in asking questions to make sure our pup was as comfortable as possible, which was an awesome first impression. Can't recommend him enough!
Benjamin was really nice. I'm a super nervous and anxious pawrent, and had never Romeo alone before so I was very nervous. Once I mentioned that to him, he understood that well and messaged me daily with at least 1-2 photos and message updates which were SO SO HELPFUL. It kept my anxiety at ease and we were able to enjoy our trip knowing that Romeo was in safe hands. Thanks Benjamin for taking care of our lil guy.
Benjamin did a great job watching my golden retriever Stella. He made sure to give her plenty of exercise by taking her to Marymoor off-leash dog park!
Benjamin took great care of Riley. He took her to the dog park and on lots of walks. She got into some multivitamins, and he informed me right away and kept a close eye on her for the next several days.

I would want to know whether your dog likes to chew on new things, as we have some electronic equipment here that I would make sure to secure if that were the case. I would also like to know the exercise amount and sleep schedule your dog is used to so I can plan accordingly for him or her. I have been partial to golden retrievers ever since our first family dog, but I love all breeds. All dogs are good dogs!
A typical day
I live just a short walk away from several small parks and trails near downtown Redmond. I will take your dog on regular walks to make sure they get as much fresh air and exercise as they need. My two roommates and I keep our apartment clean and organized, with my room in particular having extra space for a dog bed, crate, or any favorite toys.
